Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a storefront?
I do not have a storefront because I bake from my home as a cottage bakery.  I have a Food Handler's Certificate under the Texas Cottage Food Laws.

Can we ship the desserts?
No, I cannot ship under the Texas Cottage Food Laws.  I can sell directly to the customer in Texas.

When/how do I pay? 
Payment is due upon placing the order.  When you're ready to order, call, text, e-mail, or message us on the website.  Then, we can set up the details of your order and provide you with an invoice.   Payment can be made by cash, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card.

How does delivery/pick up work?
All pickup and delivery times will be arranged in advance. If delivery is required, an additional fee may be added.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48-hour notice of cancellation of your order.
