Are all of your cakes and desserts gluten-free?
Yes — everything I bake is 100% gluten‑free, always. I specialize in custom gluten‑free cakes, cupcakes, and celebration desserts for weddings, birthdays, and events across the DFW area. I also work with many clients who have additional allergies and can guide you through safe ingredient options.

Do you have a storefront?
I operate as a licensed Texas Cottage Food bakery in Plano, TX, which means I bake from my home kitchen with a Food Handler’s Certificate. While I don’t have a storefront, all orders are made fresh and customized for your event.


Can we ship the desserts?
I cannot ship under Texas Cottage Food Laws, but I offer pickup in Plano and local delivery across DFW for an additional fee.

When/how do I pay? 
Payment is due when you place your order. Once we finalize your cake details, I’ll send an invoice. I accept Venmo and Zelle.

How does delivery/pick up work?
Pickup and delivery times are arranged in advance. Delivery is available throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and may include a delivery fee depending on distance.

What is your cancellation policy?
I require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows me to reserve time for your bake and source ingredients specifically for your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?
Most clients book 2–4 weeks in advance, and wedding cakes often book earlier.

Do you make wedding cakes or large event cakes
Yes — I create custom gluten‑free wedding cakes, tiered cakes, and dessert tables for events across DFW. I’m happy to help with sizing, flavors, and design ideas.

Can you accommodate other allergies besides gluten?
Many of my clients have multiple dietary needs. While I am not a certified allergen‑free facility, I can often accommodate corn‑free, dairy‑free, or soy‑free requests depending on the design and flavor.

How do I place an order?
You can reach out through my website contact form, text, email, Facebook or Instagram. Once we confirm your design, I’ll send an invoice and reserve your date.
